We don’t have grass, can we still book?

Yes!  We can set up on grass or concrete.  In the case of concrete, we bring along a tarpaulin to put on the floor and some hay for the animals to eat (please advise at time of booking if this is required).  When we’re finished, we fold it up and take it all away, like we were never there!

What if it’s raining?

We have waterproof shelters for all our animals. We can set up an enclosed marquee or alternatively set up under a patio or even in a garage during heavier rain or unfavourable conditions.

How much space do you need?

We can set up enclosures as small as 1sqm, however the mimimum shaded marquee is 3sqm.

What age group is this suitable for?

Our animal parties are suitable for all ages, as we tailor our presentation to suit each age group and have the needs of our guests in mind when doing so. We visit playgroups and nursing homes and everyone has a great time with our animals.

How many people can go into the enclosure?

For the best experience for your child, we allow maximum 10 children into the small animal enclosure at any one time.  This means they can have the experience of holding a little guinea pig, rabbit or chicken, whilst we are ensuring theirs and the animals safety.

Can we feed the animals?

Yes – of course. What would an animal farm be without a feeding! Dependent on the time of year bottle feeding of lambs may not be possible.

Do you require specific parking for your vehicles?

Dependent on the size and location of your event this may be required. This can be arranged at time of booking.

Do you cater for people with special needs?

We are very aware and supportive of persons with special needs and one of our staff members being directly involved in the education of development of special needs education for over 10 years.
